I'm very happy to share some new images with you from the art room this month.  Watercolors, Acrylics, cardboard sculptures, drawings and more!  We're gearing up for Praise Fest on November 20, 2014, 5:30pm at Koinonia Gymnasium.  We look forward to seeing you there!  It will be a great night of fellowship, music and a chance to meet our student artists and see their work.  Enjoy a preview of our students work this month!

Hello Koinonia Art Families.  Students are learning to develop new skills every week and having fun while they're doing it.  Pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics and paper sculpture are a few of the things we've explored in the past couple of weeks.  I'm excited to watch new drawing and painting abilities develop and see my more experienced students produce at an even higher level.  I'm so proud of our art students and can't wait to see all they accomplish this year!

If your students are new to art, or haven't considered taking art, I encourage you to give it a try next semester.  Many people think they must have talent to sign up for art, but really you just have to the desire to try something new!  Enjoy these recent pics of students at work and finished creations!  More to come soon!
